Historic Church Fire in City of Chester

For a little over 6 hours, 52 units operated on a 5 alarm working commercial building fire. Rescue 52s crew operated on sides A/D assisting with water supply operations and defensive fire suppression. Quint 52s crew operated on the Charlie side assisting Squrt 43 (Holmes) and Engine 33 (Collingdale) with fire suppression. Quint 52 was later redirected to a fire alarm in the city, then to Station 81 for a cover assignment with Squad 56 (Manoa)
Units on scene:

1st alarm: Engine and Ladder 82, Engine 81, and Chester Car 3 (Operations) Bureau Of Fire Chester, PA City of Chester Professional Firefighters IAFF Local 1400

2nd alarm: Chester Car 1 (9th St. Command), Chester Callbacks, Ladder 65 (Garden City Fire Company #1), Engine 45 (Parkside Fire Company), Engine 12 (Eddystone Fire Company No. 1), Squad 57 (Upland Fire Company), Rit 17 (Aston Twp. Fire Dept)

3rd alarm: Squrt 43 (Holmes Fire Company Station 43), Engine 50 (Middletown Fire Company No. 1), Engine 33 (Collingdale Fire Company – Station 33), NCC Ladder 13 (Claymont Fire Company), Engine 68 (Marcus Hook Trainer Fire Department),

4th alarm: Squrt 23 (Media Fire Hook and Ladder #1 – Station 23), Engine 44-1 (Springfield Fire Company), Tower 5 (Glenolden Fire Company Station 5), Engine 70 (Leedom Fire Company), Truck 4 (Darby Fire Co. # 1 Station 4) Rit 8 (Prospect Park Fire Company)

4 Battalion Chiefs from Chester City, Delaware County Reps, and numerous EMS aid @ Chester, Pennsylvania Crozer EMS
