Brookhaven Firefighters have been protecting the town of Brookhaven and surrounding Delaware County communities since the need was established in 1922.  Our members selflessly dedicate their time and energy to not only the safety of the community, but the growth and strength of our historic organization. Without their commitment, we would not be able to provide the high-quality emergency services you not only expect, but most definitely deserve.

We operate out of a single firehouse located at 2 Cambridge Road in
Brookhaven.  We staff 7 pieces of state-of-the-art fire apparatus that ensure the safety of our great community, responding to nearly 2000 runs for service annually.

We are always looking for dedicated and passionate individuals to join our team.  Weather you’re a seasoned fire service veteran or never participated in the fire & EMS service before, we are sure to have a role for you.  Volunteering is not just about responding to emergencies, we have opportunities for folks to bring their specific skill set to assist our organization outside of the emergency scene.  From fundraising to book-keeping to assisting in the maintanence of the apparatus, your special skills will be put to good use within our tight-knit family.  Interested in helping out OUR community,  join today!
