At 15:20hrs, Company 52 was dispatched to the 500-blk of Upland Ave. in Upland Borough for a commercial building fire.

Engine and Battalion 82 arrived to find a vehicle fire with extension to two commercial buildings. Quint 52 responded with 6 and arrived on location as the first due special. The Quint crew forced multiple doors, assisted with fire suppression, and helped during overhaul.

Squad 52s crew was on the roof checking for extension. Rescue, Utility, and Ambulance 52A were also on the scene. Crews were in service for about 2 hours under the command of Chief 57.

This was the company’s 4th call of the day responding to a building fire in Upland Borough this morning, a vehicle fire (handled by Company’s 65 and 50) in Brookhaven, and a CO Alarm in Upland.
